Incite Insight started life on January 2nd 2013 and then spent three months working out what to do. The founder, Marcus Harris, used some of that time meeting with a number of top CIO’s, asking about their goals and what, if anything, was getting in the way of achieving them. The answer was that IT leaders want to give their organisation an edge, be more efficient and, the holy grail, to be disruptive. When asked what was holding them back it was people! Too many people in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong skill or mind set.

Incite Insight has been set up to help ensure that the right people are in the right place with the right skill and mind set at the right time. We do this by training some, helping with OD and culture change in others, finding permanent new team members and providing a wide range of talented interim professionals who land, make a big difference and then move on.

In three years the business has grown to a £3m revenue on the back of strong networks, common sense and an amazing team both permanent and associate.
