Established in January 2013 by Marcus Harris, the business began with a series of conversations with leading CIOs to better understand the barriers preventing organisations from achieving their ambitions. While the goals were clear — greater efficiency, stronger competitive edge, and true disruption — the recurring challenge was people. Too often, organisations had the wrong individuals in the wrong roles, at the wrong time, lacking the skills or mindset needed to deliver impact.
Driven by strong networks, practical thinking, and an exceptional team of permanent and associate consultants, the company rapidly expanded, growing to £3 million in revenue within its first three years.
